THE PROGRAM

The My Recovery Skills program is a three module, seven category, comprehensive program for skill development and education in areas most commonly faced by those within vulnerable and marginalized populations.  Although it is not necessary to complete the modules in any specific order, the modules are designed to support individuals as they progress through their recovery program, building on the awareness they gain as they move through their recovery.

Module One should be completed early in the program as identification of immediate needs will facilitate the creation of a case plan and identify basic needs that must be met prior to proceeding with the program.  Unmet basic needs will hinder learning, but more importantly, risk further deterioration of the individual.  Module Two is directed towards those beginning their recovery journey and will give them some insight into what is going on in their mind as well as a basic understanding about their addiction issues and tools to cope.  Module three is for those that have been in recovery or have been clean and sober for at least a month.  The concepts in this module will involve some rational thought and a basic ability to feel emotions.

PLATFORM

The My Recovery Skills daily programming is an interactive, psycho-educational session experienced over the Zoom platform.  With a capacity of up to 100 participants and facilitated by an experienced addictions professional, participants will have the opportunity to gain insight into a number of topics that will affect their recovery.

Live interactive programming takes place weekdays starting at 9:30 AM MST and runs for approximately one to two hours depending on the topic and group interaction.

All participants will be required to complete an intake prior to accessing the programming sessions.  Access to sessions is strictly monitored and only those with a completely intake will be admitted.
